About us

Tardra is an independent engineering and service company focused on the most complex and technically demanding aspects of offshore foundation installation.

We strive to provide trusted advice and reduce risk for the installation of tubular pile foundations, supporting the global energy transition through smart, experience-driven solutions.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to help offshore developers and contractors succeed—by guiding them through the risks of drilling and foundation challenges with precision, expertise, and reliability.

Offshore drilling is notoriously difficult—and if not approached correctly can present a high risk operation and unwanted cost. Our team brings over 60 years of combined experience to ensure drilling and foundation work is done right the first time.

Tardra—Our Name,
Our Roots

Tardra is the Cornish word for bore—a fitting reflection of both what we do and where we come from. Cornwall has a rich engineering legacy shaped by centuries of mining, maritime industry, and hard ground challenges—an environment where drilling wasn’t just a process, but a way to unlock opportunity.

Leadership & Team

Great teams don’t just follow procedures—they solve problems.
At Tardra, our people bring deep technical insight, field-tested judgment, and a shared belief in doing complex work the right way.
